i am against this bill. If they wish to expand the Cobo Hall, let them tax the Detroit people.

I wish they would use the tobaco tax money for free stop smoking programs but then they would have to raise taxes on something else to make up for the taxes lost when people quit smoking, so why not give tobaco farmers a tax break to produce more tobaco so the state can get more smokers to pay more taxes, im not for this bill, if you want to blow our tax money on something im sure there are a lot better ways to do it than expanding cobo hall.
